NOT DESIGNED FOR POLICE BIKES: (FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO MODIFY POLICE MODEL TO FIT HIGHWAY BLADES, E-MAIL US)
Comes with new cut out covers, bolts on in less than 30 minutes, no welding or drilling.
MCL Highway Blades come with new cut out covers designed to keep your legs from fatiguing on those long rides. They fold out of the way when not in use. Our foot pegs are mounted high, there is no chance of catching one on a turn and if they hit something they pivot back for safety. The black anodized finish blends in with the plastic covers we include. The covers are CNC precision cut to fit. The blades are made from 3/8" ( 9.5 mm) thick aluminum. We have include a hardened to 60 Rc steel strike plate, ball and spring so your blades lock in position. The serrated foot grip will keep your boots where you want them, without slipping. Screws, nuts and hardware are 18-8 stainless to prevent corrosion. Price is for a pair (right and left) of blades and cut covers. Engraving is in black not silver as shown in some photos.

Received my "Blades" this afternoon, fast shipping by the way, and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the product. The machining and material are first class. The engineering obviously came from someone who rides and understands what works, the ergo's involved and how it looks.
All of a five minute install later (took longer to gather a couple of tools) I was out on the street flicking them out and in with the toe of my boot. It just doesn't get any better...
Just installed your ST1300 highway pegs. The ST web group I am part of mentioned the pegs as "elegant but more expensive than some others." I have learned the hard way that quality always cost more. The quality is terrific and not being very mechanical, I installed them with a perfect fit in about 20 minutes. I was so impressed with the quality and ease of installation I just ordered the foot peg lowers. The ST is not one of the more popular bikes, for some unknown reason, and I appreciate finding a company that offers products for that model. By the way tell Larry that at his suggestion, I contacted Heliproducts and they replaced the standard riser cover with one that has the ram ball at no cost just had to ship the old one back to the company. Thanks for the suggestion.
