I have 2 very bad knees and these highway pegs allow me to ride for hours with no pain whatsoever. I can go 3+ hours without a break. The pegs give me many different comfortable positions to relieve knee strain & pain. I can even rest my calf on these pegs and have my legs completely extended. They also allow me to push against them to give me more positions on the seat helping out with monkey butt. There is plenty of clearance and I have no fear of scraping the pegs. By far the best investment I ever made.
